Bexley and Bromley's London Assembly Member quizes Sadiq Khan on why he is punishing councils and not developers for the lack of new housing being built in London. Thomas also asks Sadiq Khan to ban developers from building on the Green Belt if they own undeveloped Brownfield sites.
