Welcome to my monthly Councillors Report for July 2022. Below is a summary of some of work I did throughout the month. My apologies that the publication of this report is later than I would usually aim.

FM Conway will be closing Croydon Road, Keston overnight from Monday 22/08 whilst they complete essential street light replacement works for Transport for London (TfL).
Along with my Ward Colleagues, Councillors Andrew Lee and Alexa Michael, we have written to Thames Water to challenge the utility supplier on the number of burst pipes in the area, especially on Hayes Lane. There have been two burst pipes in Hayes Lane since May 2022.
Network Rail have confirmed to Bromley Council that previously announced plans to change rail services on the Hayes line from heading into Victoria instead of Cannon Street were dropped as part of the operator change in October 2021.
Councillor Andrew Lee and I have been chasing a timeframe for the repairs to a damaged section of the central reservation on Station Approach in Hayes.
Network Rail have given notice of works being carried out to stabilise the railway on the Hayes Line, with engineers working to install a new wall to prevent material from falling onto the track.
